Meet the Director

Anna Tewell

Anna started our Chicago location in Spring of 2021, after teaching in the classroom for 8 years. A former Intervention Specialist, Anna specializes in reading intervention and instruction, as well as individualized instruction for diverse learners.

We offer a wide range of services tailored to students from Pre-K through 12th grade. Through our team of tutors, all of whom are also licensed teachers, we provide individualized services based on your student’s needs.

Little Book Club

The Little Book Club is a pre-literacy class for our youngest students, ages 1 to 4 years. Among introducing literacy skills, the club aims to cultivate a lifelong love for reading and provide social interaction opportunities for children to develop valuable interpersonal skills.

Baby Book Club

Baby Book Club is a literacy-based sensory class perfect for ages 3 to 12 months. The class builds on Little Book Club’s mission to nurture the love of learning right from the start with literacy and sensory classes.

After School Literacy Programming Partnerships

Strong literacy skills are the cornerstone of academic success and lifelong learning. Our After School Literacy Programming Partnerships are a testament to our commitment to fostering versatile learners who can effectively communicate which includes building their vocabulary, spelling, and comprehension skills.
