Meet the Director
Amanda Vaughn
Amanda founded Connections Academics in 2013 after tutoring independently for 3 years and spending a number of years teaching. Amanda spent time teaching in Indiana, Vermont, and Ohio before stepping out of the classroom. Whether it is in the classroom, working 1:1 with students, helping families find the best support, or working alongside the incredible team at Connections Amanda's favorite element of her job is building relationships with people.

Little Book Club
The Little Book Club is a pre-literacy class for our youngest students, ages 1 to 4 years. Among introducing literacy skills, the club aims to cultivate a lifelong love for reading and provide social interaction opportunities for children to develop valuable interpersonal skills.

Baby Book Club
Baby Book Club is a literacy-based sensory class perfect for ages 3 to 12 months. The class builds on Little Book Club’s mission to nurture the love of learning right from the start with literacy and sensory classes.
